Secret Confessions with APINK's SECRET GARDEN

okay, so 2NE1's time is over!!! [in my blog feature that is....] and it's due for me to make another review for this week's releases...... though you migght be expecting me to do BAP's Hurricane this week.... well I'm quite not.... though I'm posting their MV on my featured this week.... [BABY LOVE!!!]so to tell you honestly, though it crossed my mind as well, I really wanted to review BEAST's Shadow this week..... but something tells me (its my friends actually) that I should do Apink..... so....... APINK it is.....
Apink's Secret Garden. a song that speaks about opening her secret garden to the man she loves and making her confession there and saying that this is our garden....... well if we put it in easier terms..... it talks about opening up to that man you love about your feelings and welcoming him to you world...... [PERIOD].....
[I did make sense right?]
so honestly speaking, Secret Garden is one of my picks in their Mini Album released recently.... it gives you the feeling of a dreamland or a fairy tale surroundings, though you might be inside a crazy jeepney in reality..... it's that kind of feel....
and yeah, the MV also did give us that feel..... like these pretty girls all dressed in fairy white outfits and walking around the garden/nature....
well it was kind of that feel.... until they were made to sing in front of a big house
...perfectly wrong...
I'm not really going to talk about much on the music video itself, since there's not much to say about it...... instead...... let me tap a little on some of the members that caught my heart, and ears.......
to start off......
Eunji's high notes are to die for.... seriously, I'd die to have that high voice register.... [warning: Hyperbole intended]
next in my list is the vocally improved girl, Bomi..... I seriously think her vocals improved.... well not just in this song but also in all the other songs in their album.....
well I just think this time, it's because she already mastered the use of her vibrato..... which is really nice to hear in every end of her part....
and last, because a friend told me to " praise chorong all the way"... I'll include her to my list....
ever wonder what impact leader Chorong gives to their songs??.... (not including her rap parts).....
well it's her uniquely engineered voice..... it's that mixture of husky + nasal + soft voice of hers that makes it distinguished from the others.....
her voice in their songs including this one is like a break from the usual high pitched cutesy falsetto voice we could hear always.......
it's like a breathe of fresh air [yeah, I said this before]
think it ends here..... hope you find my biased review reasonable for some reasons.... ahhahaha.....
