'cause we are WINnin; Who Is Next

[WARNING: this is very opinionated......and very lengthy]
ever had that feeling that you are torn between two things?................................................. yeah exactly what I was feeling that moment I started watching YGE's reality show WIN: Who Is Next?.....
this reality show is a battle between YG's two batch of trainees.... the TeamA (old group), and TeamB (younger group)
and here's a batch of hyungs (older brothers) that seem to almost bore you...... with energy that seemed to be just squeezed out from them....
but I didn't root for TeamB that instant though, since there was this driving force (ever since ep.1) that makes me wanna root for TeamA...... like what Daesung once explained, that even though TeamB is obviously doing well , his heart just voluntarily goes to TeamA.......
exactly what I feel..... that's why I opted not to stand for either teams.... [though I had biases on some members of teamB... kekeke]
TeamA on the other hand, always gave me that feeling that they still have something to show me.... that they have this hidden card that can blow my heart away.......
and indeed they really have that...... they might be really week inside the training room, but place them on stage and they'd absolutely shine.....
I'm not sure though if it's really their stage presence that makes them look amazing at the start of the battles or is it just, Kang Seung Hyun that makes a good leader [they improved a lot that moment he became leader.... coincidence or not....? ].......
so here goes my heart rooting for TeamA since Battle1 but my biases still goes to BOBBY and
BI since I find them really cute and talented....... okay, add Jinhwan in the picture... ahahahah
seriously, TeamA gave me good stages that had always made me smile in awe..... maybe all the other viewers saw that too.... a reason why A always won in online votes.....
honestly, TeamB reminds me of BAP.... the kind of group that appeals to me because of their energy and passion in performing..... [came to realize this during their "Winnin" performance].... but they have this kind of all out swag..... which at times can bore you.... well because they showed you everything already.... [with an exception of Bobby and BI though].......
TeamA reminds me of Big Bang..... I also came to realize this during their "Smile Again" performance [it was honestly a pretty awesome song]..... I don't know was it because of the genre of the song that gave me this feeling that it was a genre that fits them or was it the choreo that was very BigBang in transition....or sumthing else.... I'm not sure... what I'm sure of though is that TeamA's swag come out naturally when they are on stage.. something that's shows even when they just walk through the stage or just sit there or just make small movements...... it's something I call 'silent swag'..... the YG thing....
but in a not so competitive angle though.... I really think all 11 of them are debut ready.... I mean, there's this theory in my mind that says, YG already had these boys tested and proven themselves worthy of debut... but there's just to many of them, and then this time he wants us, non YG staff and family members, to decide who we want to see in the Hallyu wave..... [this random theory makes sense right?] I mean, he calls out judges only to further train the boys out of their flaws.... but gives the decision to the fans on who they want to debut because it is still the fans who's gonna support the new boy group...... so it's like a PR strategy......
well speaking of PR strategy, I go to another angle of this show......... which shows me that this whole reality show is JUST A PR STRATEGY.......that he just made up this show to introduce the boys to the public before they debut, so that come their debut period they already have a very strong fanbase....... which means, he's debuting WINNER as an 11-member group.............. and everything was just a show.....
but then again..... that too much for a YG group, isn't it?..... T_T
wouldn't it be nice to see them all together? T_T
[negative side here..] I think this theory of mine is somewhat not really that possible if we see it in a YG manner... 11 is just too much and in a group.. and in a group of this much members, not all of them is of importance.....
I mean, role playing~!!..... Junhwe and Seung Yoon has the same voice quality, the husky and low voice.... having the two of them is just so redundant..... the rappers; Minho, Seung Hyun, BI and BOBBY.... what will you do with a group of 4 rappers????........ Vocals: Taehyun and Jinhwan.... and add all the other members left.... that's just too much.......
BUT, everything is possible right,.... debuting them all still can happen.... [depends on PAPA YG] *knock knock PAPA YG*
if I look back on the competition though.....TeamA had that well deserved win (I wanna believe) honestly, I feel proud............
as for the other group, there's this thought coming to me that if they had won, they still can't survive in the real world.... for a rookie group to come strong, they have to have older guys in the group... but the oldest among them is just 19....... I don't know... I'm under the impression that kids just can't have a good fight against the industry.... there's just a lot of competition and issues left and right, and I don't think they can survive as kids.......... [though, Lee Hi managed right?...]
Bobby's rapping skills are daebak... the TOP level (well almost)... even Minho can't reach that level (in my own gauge).... and BI is just so GD!!!!! seriously!.... gaaah.. such a waste to see them not debut.... esp BI who had been working so hard ever since and he already has a big fanbase even before WIN [and they're the onle ones who already have stage names.... they should DEBUT!!!]
I think, if not have them join Winner, they can survive as a Rap duo... the GD-TOP thing..... but that's gonna take a very long time... since GD-TOP is still there.... and Epik High too..... unless these guys says goodbye, a Rap duo/group can't debut... [we know YG, he doesn't make competition inside his company.... it's like one genre/type of group in the agency only...no doubles]
as for the other boys.... I think they can survive in other agencies [like Hyun seung]..... (don't hate me!!!... thats not that serious point, feel free to disregard)... yes, they are debut ready, but they give me this feel of groups like Infinite, Beast, or, yeah BAP.... I mean, though they reached that YG level, it seems like they just had a foot on that level but not totally standing firm on it... I mean they're some who seriously fit in YG and no other places can, but the're some who are okay in YG but they surprisingly fit in other agencies [I go back to HyunSeung].....do I make sense? you get me?........................... BUT STILL, woudn't it be nice to see them all together.... 11-member group WINNER..... the first big boy group from YG....... YG makes all the unexpected magic after all......
okay I think I got over my heartbreaks last night, seeing myself talk senses over TeamA's win... aahahaha,.....
still I feel the heartaches everytime I see Bobby.... T_T
hoping for good news to come (regarding teamB).... PLEASE PAPA YG!!!!
P.S I'm most proud of Jinwoo... the jinwoo that I found reallyincapable of catching up to the group in the
begining managed to show me his charms when he was on stage.... he's like Dara in certain angles....
1) the Fake Maknea side......
2) the stage charming side......
It makes me feel like he'll be my bias..... huwaaaat?!?!?! ahahhaha

growing out or growing with?

.......people say fangirls are childish..... I say it's only the act of being a fangirl.. not the person.......
I'm almost an adult, and people might think it's time for me to say goodbye to K-pop....... since yeah, it's too weird to fan spazz over an artist where you only understand 1/4 of the song they sing.... in my age....
but then again, weird as I get to other people's eyes, I DON'T REALLY CARE...... what I know is as of the moment, I'm enjoying myself..... and I have no plans of dropping it out of my systems.....
a lot of my k-friends already got over this stage... well by saying "got over" it means that they're not the fangirls anymore.... not the spazz out loud type..... maybe just listens to k-songs when they cross by them, but not the ones who will update themselves like it's a daily requirement..... [like what I do]... and yeah,
others really got over with it....
GROWING OUT or GROWING WITH????
I see a possibility of me growing out of it in the future..... just a possibility..... everything is possible to happen right...... and probably, when that day comes, I'll not stop myself..... I'll just let things happen.....
[prolly, that would be the time 2ne1 will disband.... just saying.... since I started with kpop a week after they debuted, and they're the reason why]
but as of now, I say, I'll just live by whatever my heart says.... right now, it's still K-pop that makes me smile, it's still k-pop that lifts up my mood, it's still k-pop that defines my dream..........
and yeah, I'm GROWING WITH it....
