Hi! School- Love On
Thursday, January 8, 2015
High School Love on is a cute and cheeky drama about an angel, Lee Seulbi who's life got entangled with a bunch of High School kids. She became almost human, learned to make friends, fell in love and found the difference of being an angel from the beauty of being a human being.
This series highlights the experiences and misadventures of Seulbi in her fight to become 100% human.

Starred by two of the most famous young-bloods of the Hallyu wave, Lee Sungyeol and Nam Woohyun of

the Boy Group INFINITE, and acknowledged rising star Kim SeaRon.
Together with them is a pool of acting newbies showcasing their acting prowess.

High School Love on might not be your award-winning drama. Despite the attempt to make a unique story line by creating a connection with angels and humans, there's nothing more special in their plot than that. Simply speaking, it's still your mainstream drama. It has, however, an addicting side to it that makes you want to see every next moment of it and not dare miss anything at all. It is indeed a very cheeky and childish love story between high school kids who laugh and fight over the smallest things. The things we see here are just the things that we all had experienced or had seen back in the days, so immature yet so pure; and you would want to see it happen again. It's almost so child-friendly that you can make 5-year-olds watch it because of the morals they emphasize. What's even more addicting in this drama is that it feels so pure and therefore very warm most of the time. And yes, it can be a tear-jerker. Simply say, it's as HIGH SCHOOL as it's title suggests. [hihihi]

you might want to catch a very cute drama by watching this one.
so CUTE so LOVELY so HEARTBREAKING so FUN and most of all so NOSTALGIC

..........................

Honestly speaking, I started watching this drama just because I had nothing else to watch. I find it very uninteresting and very unrealistic at first, like it not good for reality, and not good for a fiction either. But as you go past the 3rd episode, you'd start to love it and it starts to cling to you like crazy. And you won't have a choice but to earnestly wait for the next episode week after week.
I put my word on this one. This is one of the best High School dramas I've seen in my life.

and speaking of the "acting newbies" there is one face that caught my attention in this drama. And that is Kim
YoungJae who plays the role of the bad boy JaeSuk. More than his badass acting, what caught my attention the most is his very nice visuals. Such visuals that tells us that this boy is indeed very healthy. I mean just look at those cheekbones and that built body. Well yeah, I end my appreciation there. I look forward to seeing this boy in the future doing more projects and gracing our screens with his handsome visuals.

SONAMOO
Thursday, January 1, 2015
the first rookie Girl Group I checked out this 2015..

SONAMOO

Introducing 2015's first rookie from TS Entertainment!
Sonamoo recently dropped their debut MV, Deja Vu, which shows us their strong yet sexy image.

Sonamoo's image in their debut single "De javu" would basically remind us of BAP during their "Warrior" days. indeed they are like the girl version of BAP.

     X

and speaking of "girl version" the boys' matoki bunnies also have their own counterpart. [though I don't know what you call them]

this year, SONAMOO indeed sets a trend for a stronger yet sexy image for a Girl Group.

.............................................

though these girls initailly impressed me with their image, I think this time it just stops there....... image-wise, they caught me.. but performance-wise, they failed.....

if they were to pull off a strong concept they should at least show it more on their moves. I'm not saying they don't have what it takes... but I think they just lack more practice that is necessary for this kind of image.

I was expecting a total knack-off of BAP's Warrior that I really fell in love with. Those parts where their vocals explode alongside with a full forced dance routine.

but naaah.... Expectation unmet.
even their dance break was lacking.

I think most of you would agree with me on this..... that they should have came stronger.....

it was more sexy actually above from being fearless. and I(or should I say "we") don't really need sexy, kpop is so full of it already.

nevertheless, I'm keeping an eye on these girls. I wanna believe they still have a lot more to show in the future.
impress me more SONAMOO.... fighting!
