I never really thought that a day would come where I'd be posting something about current events in this blog, but it's just so shocking that I want to maximize my blog to extend my condolences to her family and fans.
Just this day that it was reported that Baby Kara member, SOJIN just passed away.
I won't be going deep onto the details of it here, but instead please read the articles.
fans are now extending their heartfelt support to her family by trending #RIPSOJIN on social networks

this story saddens me the most because I was a great supporter of Baby Kara back when Kara Project was still on broadcast. And I was kinda rooting for her as my top picks to be a Kara member.
It seriously hits me knowing what happened to her.
Reports say she was suffering from depression. If my thoughts are correct, she might had a hard time making the right choices.
but I won't be discussing my thoughts here; in respect for her death.
She sure has a special place in my heart.

7 reasons why we LOVE JACKSON WANG

We all know that his group is gaining a lot of popularity in Korea and the rest of the world. And having been recognized by a number of award giving bodies, we can say that they are rookies-no-more.
However, apart from receiving recognition as a group, GOT7's JACKSON indeed is gathering up a lot of attention himself.
GOT7 might be busy, but JACKSON WANG is no doubt busier.

With him appearing weekly on Korean television with shows like ROOMMATE and HITMAKER, PDs are raving on him to take him to grace their shows as often as they can. He is taking over the entertainment and variety scene with his good game, swag, aegyo and of course, his good looks.
In as much as we love his ever-present and cool looking snapbacks, here's a number of times when we all can't help but fall in with love JACKSON WANG:
1) when his CONFIDENCE is OVERFLOWING.
It's one thing to be confident, most especially if you are a hallyu-star, and it is JACKSON WANG to be OVER CONFIDENT.
He never disagrees to the fact that he is a good looking guy. He would always go out feeling all swag and handsome; and he calls himself WILD AND SEXY for that.
2) when he just CAN'T HIDE his HAPPINESS
When he is delighted, then he really is.
His wide smile and his hyena laugh says so.
We often see him in variety shows screaming his lungs out and laughing very hard every time he finds delight in something; even if he's the only one who finds it funny. We would think he's weird, but he just doesn't care.
He's just always too happy in all the random moments, and he would never tone it down for the sake of his image; even if he sometimes scream like an elementary-school girl.
3) when he's just being BLUNT about his THOUGHTS
Most of the times, there's no such thing as "filtering" for Jackson. He will outright say whatever his mind thinks and just review them later. He is often times very spontaneous even to a point that we would almost say a curse word out loud in a broadcast. [hihihi, bad Jackson]
4) when he DOESN'T CARE if he looks UGLY.
No matter how handsome a person might be, we can never deny them of their fair share of ugly moments. But those days never shakes up a Jackson Wang.
He knows too much that he is good looking and it never bothers him to pull off a distorted face in front of the camera, or even show himself all messy and un-prepped in the morning.

5) when he becomes a GENTLEMAN
This person might not even care what your gender might be when it comes to play time [even poor little Jimin can't run away from him], but he definitely know how to MAN UP when it's time to do so.
He's naturally chaotic and free-spirited, but cameras would never fail to capture his random "gentleman-acts" in between his frenzied games.

6) when he NEVER FORGETS his own ROOTS
We all know that Jackson is no Korean guy, and he was not a foreigner born in Korea either. He just came to Korea in a young age to train under JYP.
And despite of all his success in Korea, he never forgets to remind us all as to where he was born and raised.
We would often see Jackson wear apparels with the numbers 852 printed in them. (Even his social media has it.) Well say what, these numbers are not just some random favorite numbers of his, but they are actually Hong Kong's country code. Young and proud Jackson! [he's a person of sense, right?]
and speaking of the phrase "where he came from", he definitely never forgets his parents who raised him to who he is today. Numerous of times we hear from him that his family is his reason for working hard, and we can never look doubly on it. He is his parent's boy; and he would always give back his love for them.
Who would ever think a fully grown up celebrity like him would not hesitate to act all baby in front of his mother. He still even gives his mom a kiss on her lips like 5-year-old kids do. [so cuuuute!]
[who would ever forget that one moment he made us cry seeing him break down in tears as he reunites with his parents after 2 years of working hard alone in Korea]
7) when he get's BEYONCE-ed up and act all SASSY
Being sassy is not totally a "girl thing", it could also be a "Jackson thing"! As random as his actions might always be, he would never forget to pull off a sassy shot in front of the camera.

JACKSON WANG is like everybody's friend, and everybody's cup of tea. He can be very annoying at first, but you would suddenly see yourself falling for his warm and bubbly personality.
He never pretends in front of the camera. When he is happy, we see it; when he is mad, we see it; when he is scared, we see it; when he is depressed, we see it. He is one open book and we respect him for that. This is one reason why everybody loves him.
Because he is natural.
We can definitely say he's a person of good character as to how he values his friends, family and fans that surrounds him.
An epitome of how youth is supposed to be. He is very happy, free-spirited, and spontaneous; yet very responsible, caring and respectful at the same time.
There's a lot of reason why you love, fall in love or will fall in love with JACKSON WANG.
And there's just no reason to hate him.
IGOT7 or not, we're all looking forward to how you will keep on gracing our lives with your energy.
NEVER EVER CHANGE JACKSON WANG! FIGHTING!

f(x) AMBER - Shake that Brass

Amber joins in with the solo debut line up of SM Entertainment with her debut MV "SHAKE THAT BRASS" from her mini album, BEAUTIFUL.
This song features the angelic voice of SNDS's vocal, Taeyeon which gives off that fun and funky feeling. Although this song might be Amber's solo debut, the feeling of f(x)'s signature electronic vibe is still abundant in the song. Such vibe that for sure everyone who loves f(x) music will surely love this one too.
It has this fun and quirky side of Amber as she naturally is, mixed with the cool Amber we know as the rapper of f(x). And yes, it didn't fail to make us see Amber's over the top friendship with almost all kpop idols in existence.
Other than Taeyeon who featured in this song, we can see in the MV idols like G.O.D's Joon Hyung, Busker Busker's Brad, SNSD's Hyoyeon, MissA's Jia and Min, GOT7's Jackson and many more.

Calling all Raccoon Boys fans!
You might missed the boys as a trio but guess what, their handsome guitarist just recently released a single!
McKay Kim, as well known to fans, recently released a single in collaboration with singer-songwriter Jeff Bernat.
This song gives off the RnB feel while being able to serenade all the pretty ladies out there.
What made this song different from the others is that it's main language is English with some parts in Korean; which is an opposite to all other gayo released.
The song continuously shows good feedback as it climbs up the daily charts since release; signifying a good start to McKay's career.
